Omnicom Holdings instructs the management to ensure, that the client’s financial and corporate communication is aligned with the positioning of the company and the messaging strategy, meaning communication is consistent on the website, in fact sheets and in all other collaterals. To ensure actuality in providing information, we control if presentations for investors and financial reports are kept up to date and that there is a consistent in-time flow of press releases and other ways of shareholder communication. Our task is also to identify the right timing for press releases, the right channels to be addresses to and to determine the desired communication targets. In this manner the client can achieve feature story coverage and by-lined article placements in the appropriate media.
